Coming all the way from Oslo, Norway we found everything we dreamed of;warm weather, beautiful nature and nice people!The wonderful house was another pleasant surprise!The kids have been in the pool for hours every day when we were not boating around Boca Grande or picking shells on the beaches.Riding airboat in the Everglades was fun too(we reccomend Ken at Doug's Airboats.He lets you try to steer the boat.

Your house is lovely!We had a wonderful time with our family and the weather was suberb!! Rumrunners,Rib City and Doc Fords(Sanibel)were all good places to eat.Bowmans beach for great shell fishing & nice waves. We hope to be back to spend more time lounging and exploring the area!Thanks Again.

We have been in 'Paradise' for a month.Everything about this home is so delightful that we are planning on returning for a month next year.The layout of the house, the view, the location...so convenient to everything and very close to Rumrunners our favourite. Really enjoyed the pool and loved the TV sound system. Weve been so relaxed.....so relaxed that Carole had a heart attack and was rushed to hospital by ambulance at the beginning of the 4th week of our vacation. After a catherization and 4 days in hospital,she is back home (Paradise)and doing fine! Thank you and be back next year!

What a fabulous house and facilties.We are looking to return again in the future. We really liked Rumrunners if only for their wicked Margaritas! Our children especially enjoyed sleeping in the Finding Nemo room.Bruce and Nemo were played with a lot.

After a hectic week at the parks it was nice to come here and enjoy this lovely villa and the peace and quietness that surrounds it. We have all enjoyed calm days by the pool and BBQ's by the lit pool with candlelight in the evenings.
We all hope to come back to explore more of the area another year hopefully we can stay at the same villa.

The villa is really lovely.Had excellent weather. Pool is really nice and enjoyed watching the fish jumping out the river. We enjoyed many lunch time BBQ's by the pool and enjoyed many restaurants available. This is one of the best villas we have stayed in, everything is so comfortable. Captiva Island, Sanibel Island, and Sarasota Siesta Key are a must visit.

We had everything we needed in your lovely home and thankfully your cable included sports so we were able to watch the World Cup and Wimbledon. We caught several types of fish from the dock.We ate out lots of times at Carabbas, Outback and also enjoyed Rumrunners. We spent a lot of time at the Malls and Cinemas. We would not hesitate in recommending your villa to anyone else.

We had a wonderful holiday in your beautiful home. Very relaxing and good base to visit the surrounding area. We recommend the Imaginarium in Fort Myers if you have a cool or wet day and have children. Sanibel is beautiful and has several days of exploring. For a nice atmosphere the new marina complex at Cape Harbour is lovely and the Lighthouse restaurant just as you go on to Sanibel.

Had a great time here in Cape Coral. Everything is close by, you just have to drive along the Parkway and you can find everything you want. We enjoyed 2 days boat hire and suggest you head to the Gulf. This is one very beautiful house and we had everything we needed. The beds are so comfortable it is hard to get up in the morning.

Everything Terrific. Weather superb- Great house although we got lost once or twice finding our way around all of the rooms! We had a wonderful time boating and saw dolphins up close! Restaurants great - pool a delight and fishing off the dock. We feel really rested at the end of the week, peacefull with no noisy neighbours. Corkscrew swamp near Naples was a great experience.
