The property sleeps a maximum of 8 people. There is a bunk bed which children under the age of 12 can sleep in.

Smoking is only permitted outside on the lanai. No pets are allowed.

It takes 40 minutes to the river. On route you pass multi million dollar homes and join the river at Tarpon Point So access to the Gulf is then minutes away.

The pool faces East. The sun heats the pool during the day and is on the lanai until around 4pm.

Directions and keypad entry code will be sent to you 2-3 weeks before arrival.

The villa is fully equipped for all your likely holiday requirements. Bed linen, towels and pool towels are provided. A small initial supply of washing powder/dish washer powder/toilet rolls etc. are provided which you will have to top-up as required.

The villa does not have a cot or highchair. These can be provided if requested in advance with a small charge being levied. The property has safety alarms fitted on the patio doors to prevent children venturing out to the pool un-detected.

The pool can be heated (by agreement) for additional cost as indicated on the booking form. We would recommend pool heat from October through to May. The pool is heated to the maximum temperature allowed under Florida law (85 degrees).

The villa is minutes from a supermarket. Restaurants are plentiful in and around Cape Coral. There are several good quality restaurants minutes from the villa. Hoolahans Rum Runner and Ivy Gardens all serve a wide choice of cuisine and there is also Mexican, Chinese and Ribs restaurants nearby. Outback steak house and the usual chain restaurants are all in Cape Coral. If you want to go further afield Sanibel and Fort Myers beach have too many good quality restaurants to list. You could eat all day every day.

The house is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival and the pool and garden are tended to weekly.
